ORDERING AND PAYMENT

To order, create an account, then choose your base and addons. Then validate your order until you receive an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of your order.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse or exclude any person from our online shops and application in the event of abuse or non-compliance with the terms and conditions mentioned here.

We offer various payment methods:

1. Credit cards

Payment by credit card is made directly on the site. It is possible to pay by credit card in one of our stores.

2. Paypal

Payments by PayPal are made directly on the site.
All PayPal and credit card payments are fully secure.

We do not store any information concerning your means of payment, and data transmitted during Internet payments is fully encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and a high-security encryption certificate.

3. Bank transfer

After a positive credit check, your order will be forwarded to you as soon as possible. The transfer must be made within 2 days of purchase.

4. Payment on invoice

Purchase on invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the "Payment on invoice" payment option as an independent payment service provider. The order invoice simply allows you to pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you waive payment on time, you will receive a retroactive monthly invoice with an overview of the order the following month.

When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the payment arrangements. In addition to our GTC, you accept the POWERPAY GTC when purchasing on account. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

5. Directly in one of our stores

In our stores you can pay by credit or debit card, by Hope or Twint. The only card we do not accept for technical reasons is Postcard.

6. Payment in instalments

Subject to a credit check, it is possible to pay an order of at least 500.00 Fr. in instalments. The limit is 6 instalments.

LATE PAYMENT CHARGES

Reminder fee of CHF 30 (after 50, 70 and 90 days from invoice date).

Processing fee (at the earliest 80 days from invoice date, when forwarded to a collection service provider) depending on the amount owed in CHF: 30 (up to 100); 60 (up to 200); 90 (up to 300); 120 (up to 400); 150 (up to 500); 180 (up to 1000); 280 (up to 2000); 380 (up to 4000); 10% of the amount owed (from 4000).

SIZE CONFIRMATION

When you order an unknown size, we'll send you a Multisizer ring with instructions for sending us your size.

You can also order it free of charge here:

Your order will be put into production as soon as you give us the correct size.

In case of a gift, please let us know the size and mention that it is for a gift. Exchanges will be possible within the time limits specified in our terms of sale.

However, you can determine your approximate size beforehand by downloading this document.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation for all in-store and online purchases. The order can be corrected within 24 hours free of charge. After that, any changes may be subject to additional charges.

Customized add-ons are not exchangeable, so it is essential to check all information when ordering, as well as in the confirmation e-mail. It is the customer's responsibility to check this information.

USE OF VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNT CODES

  • Vouchers and discount codes are distributed free of charge as part of promotional offers. They have an expiration date, cannot be purchased and are not transferable.
  • Discount vouchers/codes areare valid only for the period indicated and can be used only once for a single order. Certain products may not be eligible for discount coupons.nd discount coupons/codes are not valid on items already on sale, FLASH, "Cause" collections, accessories and personalized add-ons).. A coupon/discount code cannot be used to purchase gift cards. A minimum purchase amount may be specified for each coupon/coupon code.
  • To be able to use a discount voucher/code, the value of the order must be at least equal to the amount of the discount. The difference between the amount of the voucher and the price of your order can be paid by any of the payment methods offered. The discount voucher is non-refundable and non-interest bearing. In the event of total or partial return of the goods, the part of the price paid by coupon/discount code will not be reimbursed.
  • To apply a coupon/discount code to an order, you must enter the coupon code before validating/registering the order. the order. The application of coupons to orders already alreadyis excluded. Unless otherwise stated, it is not possible to combine several coupons.
  • In the event of misuse of vouchers/discount codes, we reserve the right to cancel any order containing these vouchers without prior notice. We also reserve the right not to issue any further vouchers to users who have misused them.
  • Vouchers, gift vouchers and codes are not valid at our retailers.
  • Discount vouchers/codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.

USE OF CARDS GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards may only be used for the purchase of items offered in our online shop www.yourmood.net or in our boutiques. The purchase of other gift cards with gift cards is excluded. You can pay any difference between the amount of the gift card and the price of your order by any of the payment methods offered.
  • To be able to use the credit corresponding to a gift card, you must enter the code appearing on the gift voucher before sending your order. Gift vouchers are non-interest bearing and non-refundable.
  • Gift cards have no expiration date.

RULES OF OUR CONTESTS

Our contests are reserved for our customers. No purchase is necessary to participate in the contests created by mood collection.

PERSONALIZED ADDONS

Personalized addons are created and designed by mood collection and corrected in collaboration with the customer.

For personalized addons, except for DIY and full-digit addons, the project will be sent by e-mail for validation.

When the project is validated by the customer by e-mail or in-store, the customer accepts it and takes responsibility for accepting it on receipt of the final piece.

A live test will not be carried out beforehand, except at the express request of the customer after receipt and validation of the project, and only in the case of a customized add-on on silver or gold.

If a customized addon has to be remade because of a size exchange, or if the customer does not like it, or for any other reason, the customer will be invoiced in full, including the setting, without any price reduction.

All custom addon designs and projects belong entirely to mood collection and may not be reused, reproduced or used by the customer or others.

WARRANTY/RENOVATION

Polymer addons

3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Acetate and polymer addons cannot be renovated.

Wood addons

Guaranteed 1 month, other addons 3 months, on all manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear not guaranteed. Free wood exchange 1 month after purchase.

Wooden addons must be handled with care. Breakage of a wooden addon is not covered by the warranty, except for the first month after purchase.

A maintenance explanation and wax are supplied with wooden addons, and can be requested at any time, by e-mail to contact@yourmood.net.

Silver renovation

Oxidized silver (not set or engraved): desoxidation possible, price 20CHF
Engraved silver that has been worn out can be refurbished. The recycling price will then apply, i.e.:
  • medium 66CHF
  • two-thirds 73CHF
  • whole 80 CHF

Renovation of silver-set addons is subject to quotation.

Basic renovation

Renovation of the locking system is free of charge. Lifetime warranty.

If the base is damaged or deformed, no renovation will be possible.

Renovation of the colored surface treatment is invoiced at 45CHF, polishing of the uncolored base at 15.00CHF.

SETTING AND GEMSTONES

The setting is guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing defect.

Breakage, loss of stone, cracks, etc. are not guaranteed and are subject to a charge for refurbishment or replacement.

We do not guarantee any stone supplied by the customer. If a customer-supplied stone breaks during setting, it will not be refunded or replaced free of charge.

A certificate of quality is supplied with each set piece, confirming their quality. Our diamonds and gemstones are sourced from approved suppliers in Switzerland.

WARNINGS AND SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

TO AVOID ANY RISK OF INJURY, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU NEVER CARRY OUT HANDLING WORK WHILE WEARING A RING ON YOUR FINGER. MOOD COLLECTION CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR INJURY OR DAMAGE SUSTAINED WHILE WEARING THE MOOD RING OR FOR ITS BREAKAGE. ANY PERSON WEARING THE RING DOES SO AT HIS OR HER OWN RISK, AND CANNOT SUE MOOD COLLECTION IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER.

We recommend that you always remove the ring when closed, never when it is split in 2. In the event of injury, mood cannot be held responsible.

The mood ring can be sawn off in an emergency. A ring that has had to be sawn or cut in order to be removed will not be refunded or replaced free of charge. It is the customer's responsibility to wear a ring that fits, and mood cannot be held responsible for the size chosen in the event of injury, loss of the ring or otherwise.

If the ring is stuck on the finger, remove it by placing it under water with liquid soap. Do not remove the ring in 2 parts, always remove it in 1 part, closed.
