Our supply chain respects the Kimberley process (controlled by the UN) which forbids the marketing of any stones coming from a country in conflict and which would risk financing this conflict.
Moreover, on each certificate that we send you, we attest the origin without conflict of the stones.
In addition, since 2006 (the year of creation of the Swiss ethical charter on precious stones), we have been ethically approved through the Swiss watch and jewellery industry. You can find below our signed code of ethics.
We get supplies from Indian companies that are strictly controlled by the United Nations and the World Diamond Council. Our suppliers are sightholders (= rough diamond buyers) who cut their diamonds themselves in order to avoid intermediaries and any drift of the latter.
We ourselves have visited our suppliers' factories and companies and have seen very good working conditions.
Our diamond supplier
mood undertakes to get supplies only to suppliers who respect this code of ethics and the Kimberley process
