How do I choose my size?
If you already know your size in mm or finger size, pick it directly (50 to 72). Not sure? We'll send you a free ring sizer at home — measure at your own pace, then order. The option is available in the size dropdown.
Is the ring made in Switzerland?
Yes. These iconic Helvetic-motif models are imagined, designed and assembled in our Swiss ateliers, and all our subcontractors are within 100 km. Mechanical precision, artisan know-how — it all comes from here.
Does the steel work well on sensitive skin?
Yes. The 316L surgical steel we use is hypoallergenic and nickel-free release. Over a million rings sold to date.
Can I wear it in the shower, the pool, the sea?
No problem. 316L steel doesn't oxidise, and the coloured ring holds up to water. Just avoid abrasive products and highly concentrated chlorine over time — they can dull the coloured ring's finish.
Is it complicated to change the coloured ring?
Five seconds. Open the ring, slide the coloured ring in, close it. You can own several and swap whenever you want.
What's the guarantee?
Lifetime guarantee on the base and its interchangeable system — covers defects and normal wear. Our Orbe atelier can also refresh your base and motifs anytime to keep their shine — refresh is a separate service, on quote.
How long until it arrives?
Count 7 to 15 working days after your order. This includes the made-to-order production in our Orbe atelier, then shipping. Free shipping from 60 CHF in Switzerland, favourable shipping rates across Europe. Exact fees are calculated at checkout.
I want to gift a ring but don't know the size. How do I do?
You can order the free ring sizer in advance to measure at your own pace before ordering. And if the size doesn't fit once the ring arrives, the first exchange is free within 15 days.
Can I see it in person before buying?
Yes. You can come and see the 3 motifs and 7 colours in person in our six stores: Orbe, Fribourg, Zermatt, Zurich, Carouge, Martigny. Small tip: call the store before coming if you want a specific size — each ring is made to order in our Orbe atelier, our way of keeping true craft at every customer's service.
